My journey
into yoga began almost 20 years ago, long before I decided to become a teacher. I was drawn to yoga due
to the physical dimensions of this disciplined practice while also attracted by yoga’s strong meditative focus. Over
the past two decades, Yoga has become increasingly relevant and important to me and the way I choose to live my life.
Throughout
my journey I have had the privilege of receiving inspirational teaching and been able to learn from Teachers who have themselves
taken a personal journey through the practice of yoga. I now look to share my experience and learning with
others and devote myself to my new path, that of a yoga teacher and facilitator.
“Sometimes I feel
I am everything. I call that love. Sometimes I feel I am nothing. I call that wisdom. Between love and wisdom my life continuously
flows.” – Nisargadatta Maharaj
